Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed within 24 hours.
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before: Full refund minus 5% admin fee.
• 15-29 days: 50% refund.
• 7-14 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days: No refund.

Our Responsibility

We are committed to providing the best possible travel experience. In case of issues beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.), we will work to find suitable alternatives.

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
