Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting a form creates a request and booking reference. Operations reviews availability and pickup details, and the current status appears in My rides. Review the price, dates, guest count and service details before submitting.
Tailored offers
Car rental, yacht purchase, sale, co-ownership and assessment forms send an inquiry to the team for a tailored offer. Submitting these forms does not execute a purchase or sale or confirm availability. Figures you enter in planning calculators are estimates rather than binding offers.
Changes, payments and cancellation
The service details and confirmed offer specify the price, payment method and applicable conditions. Contact support with your reference to request a change or cancellation. The team reviews the conditions of the reserved service and any applicable charge or refund.
Accounts and content
Provide accurate information and keep account credentials and booking references secure. Illustrative category images may differ from the specific vehicle or vessel; its type and details are confirmed with the offer. Travel times and map results are estimates affected by traffic and local conditions.
Online payments
Enabled online methods use a provider-hosted checkout. The final charge amount and currency are shown before continuing. Payment confirmation and booking confirmation are separate. Card details are not collected by Nemo Hub. Contact support for cancellation, refund or payment reconciliation; service-specific conditions apply.
