Booking and account information

We use your name, email, phone number, travel times, pickup and destination, and service details to manage your request and communicate about it. Passwords are stored as protected password hashes. Sign-in sessions protect access to your account.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your account identifier, name, email and its verification status to connect your passenger account. This sign-in does not request access to Gmail messages or your files.

Location and maps

Place search text is sent to available search providers, including Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. We request your device’s precise location only when you choose Use my current location and allow it in your browser. Your selected address is used to plan the service route and pickup.

Sessions and preferences

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and reservation access, and browser storage for language, currency and favorites. You can clear local data in your browser settings. Nemo offers are optional and the preference can be changed in your account.

Visit statistics and offers

We count visits anonymously, without cookies and without storing IP addresses: page, approximate country and city, device, source and booking step. Details are deleted after 180 days. If you sign up for an offer, we keep your email and code, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.

Service delivery and privacy requests

Operations staff and hosting, storage and map providers use the information needed to deliver the service. Your driver or service operator may need your reservation’s pickup and contact details. We retain operational and booking records as needed to deliver services, resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we need to retain.

Online payments

Enabled online methods use a provider-hosted checkout. The final charge amount and currency are shown before continuing. Payment confirmation and booking confirmation are separate. Card details are not collected by Nemo Hub. Contact support for cancellation, refund or payment reconciliation; service-specific conditions apply.

When you choose online payment, the selected provider receives the booking reference, charge amount and currency. For card checkout, we also send the passenger name, email and phone for billing and payment verification. We retain transaction references and payment status for booking and accounting records.

Social sign-in and account data

When you choose an available social sign-in provider, we use its account identifier and profile name to connect your Nemo account. We use an email only if the provider supplies it or you add it. We do not request permission to publish posts, read private messages or access your contacts. Social access tokens are not retained after sign-in.

To request removal of a social connection or your account data, contact Nemo support and name the provider. We will verify account ownership before processing the request. You can also revoke Nemo access in your social account settings. Booking records needed for service or legal obligations may be retained.

Nemo assistant and chat privacy

When you message the AI assistant, your message and up to six recent exchanges are sent to Google Gemini to prepare a reply using our public catalogue. We do not send your account records, private bookings or sign-in details. Please do not enter passwords, card details or sensitive personal information.

The conversation stays in memory in this browser tab until you start a new conversation or reload the page. Nemo does not save chat transcripts to its booking database. Google processes API requests under the terms and data settings of the configured Gemini project. A WhatsApp handoff opens a draft containing your recent requests; you choose whether to send it.
